LogicQ is a multi-disciplinary knowledge / network organization for freelancers with the aim to build expertise and be successful together. LogicQ has different levels of participation: starting as a candidate member, via Associate & towards a participating partnership. Participating professionals have support with matters such as acquisition, hours & invoicing, insurance, but also training, coaching and development.

De afdeling:

LogicQ offers a home and collegiality for talent in many areas, all of which are committed to the LogicQ Code. Our Labor service unit provides back-office support for our Associates. The unit takes care of matching our HR partners and takes care of our member network.

They also provide interviews, assessments and on-boarding candidate freelancers and interns.Relieving our associates is Labour's primary task, so that they can focus optimally on their expertise and the assignment. Labor provides various contract options and effective handling with clients.
